if you do a quick google you'll find others in the same possition as you, some report if you run your mc bussiness dry of supplies sell all the product and then stop the bussiness then restart it then reassign the techies in nightclub that can sometimes kickstart the product into production again. it hasnt worked for me after a few tries but it might work for you so it might be worth a try.
mine hasnt produced any south american imports at all exept the first four i produced and sold and that was over 3 weeks ago. yet my coke factory has been producing coke all along (have done muptiple sales) in fact it's my only fully upgraded mc bussinness the others are just open(running on empty) only so i can produce the nightclub variant.
shouldnt really mater if you supply the bussiness or not, it should still produce in the nightclub as long as the mc bussiness is open and running regardless of whether it's empty of supplies or not
did you sell nightclub product outside of the special orders? that's what i did with south american imports. that is where i beleive the bug starts from.
as far as im concerned it's been a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ expantion they know it's a problem since weeks there are posts on their own forums and nothings been done about it. have a read here

Let's say it CLEARLY :
For exploiting FULLY your Nightclub Business :
- You better have all MC Business if you want all Nightclub businesses possibilities.
- You MUST have MC Businesses ACTIVATED ( = DON'T CLOSE THEM)
- NO NEED to supply them (= MC Business INDEPENDANT from Nightclub Business).
Ex :
You own Cannabis MC Business : if it is ACTIVE Business, you can supply it (and then sometimes sell the production) the usual way you made it those last months/years.
Or you can let ressources running DRY. It will then no producing anything anymore.
The Cannabis MC Business give you access to the BIO Products in Nightclub.
By adding a Technician to the BIO Products, that technician will automatically supply your BIO Product.
NO MATTER IF YOUR CANNABIS IS SUPPLIED OR DRY.
But if you CLOSE your Cannabis MC Business (option "STOP PRODUCTION" that will purely and simply shut it down), it will CLOSE aswell your NIghtclub BIO PRODUCT.

i even bought the counterfit cash through mc club that i didnt have prior to this bug (in the hope it would reset the south american products), the counnterfit cash is producing ok in the nightclub yet nothing i try will restart the nightclub coke annd kick it back into production. it looks exactly like the others when they are producing yet no matter how long i wait ZERO coke. i let meth aquire 4 in nightclub while online the other day in public lobbies i might add. from all the tables im readinng i should have aquirde at least 1 coke in the time it takes for 3 meth.
both the meth lab and coke was open in mc(as are all the others) technitians were set up in nightclub, i've even tried swapping techies i know are producing other stuff in case the "coke" techie was bugged with same results.
just google it. some of us have this bug and are unable to reset it others that have same bug are able to run mc buissness dry sell all product, close bussiness (or if you want to waste cash just close the bussness and lose all product) restart the bussiness- i actually logged before this point for a few hours in the hope that would help (at this point the nightclub techie will have auto disconected because we just closed the mc part down) drive back to your nightclub and put the techie back to work. that will sometimes kickstart whatever is bugged. it doesnt work for everyone.
And use the correct vocabulary too, please.
For example : Cannabis for MC Business will be Bio Products for NIght club.
Because the way you expose your issue, I hardly understand you.
The little I do, I think you are thinking that the technicians of your nighclub will work in your MC Business.... If you think so, you are wrong.
Technicians will not increase your Supply or Production stocks in MC businesses.
And btw, if you "play" to close/restart MC businesses / disconnect / reconnecting, etc, dont forget about COOLDOWNs in all those operations.
The "restart" is not immediate. Like when you buy supplies. There is a cooldown between the moment you buy and when supplies arrive.
The only problem I encounter with Nighclub is that one like you say : "some of us have his bug".
By that I mean : some of you, guys, surely did things wrongly and did not understood really how Nightclub really works.
As often, if there is a bug, that bug is clearly between the computer and the chair.
--All MC businesses in operation (not shut down)
--All technicians assgined
--No Nightclub stock from one MC business
Only shutting down & restarting that respective business solved the problem.

but that fix doesnt work for everybody. belive me i've tried everything i can to kickstart production for south american product in the nightclub again.
read the op too he has multiple problems not just with one nightclub product.
i'm going to try and shut everything down later. unassign all thechies then shut down all 7 bussiness and sell all the nightclub stock. relog. then start them all up again one by one before reassigning tech workers..
meth takes 60 min to complete 1
coke takes 180min to complete 1
these are both nightclub
common sense tells you if you aquired 3 meth in one playsession you should have got 1 coke in that same timeframe (give or take a little time if they were not started perfectly at the exact same time)
i got 4 pharma goods (meth) zero south american product(coke)

Some people said it made a difference when they accessed the Nightclub computer as an MC president instead of a CEO.
Guess the NC is still glitching out.. the last 2 real life weeks, .. 1 by 1 the nightclub has stoped collecting from the MC businesses i have running, have them all up and running, (Not closed)I have been stealing supplies and or buying supplies depending on how much I can be stuffed stealing them, proding stock then selling the stock when its full..
but as I said, I have all the techs assigned in the NC but 1 by 1, coce stops being collected, then meth and weed and so on... I think currently out of all of them.. only 2 or 3 is being collected at the nightclub
I am currently emptying all the MCs businesses to shut them down and restart them, I have already stopped my techs from collecting at the Nightclub..
Just hoping that once ive shut all the MCs down and restart them 1 by 1, the Techs at the nightclub start to collect good there again once I have reassigned them ofcorse
Just hope that doing all this will fix it becuase otherwise I am going to regret buying the nightclub.. thankfully I havnt bought any of the 3 upgrades yet.. So.. maybe have saved a little money there if the NC stays bugged out in regards to not collecting good to sell..
& yes, I know this is a little bit of an old thread.. just needed to post this somehwere and didnt want to start a new one lol
I have the same problem :S my NC stops getting production from one of my MC (documents)... i have tried everything.. closing ig, reopening... letting it be empty, full... almost i have tried to buy a different false documents bussines but still bugged... not producing.
Anyone know a solution please?
