You have the same amount of storage and there is no difference between the 5 hangars. One thing to remember though is that if you buy a hangar that is located on Fort Zancudo then you have the permission to access the base without getting the police on you^^

Internally, all hangars are the same with a total of 20 aircraft storage spaces, even though the buildings might look different in size externally.

The only functional difference is, that all Ft. Zancudo hangars come with low level clearence, meaning you and your associates/prospects won't get the usual wanted level inside the military base, as long as you don't attack any soldier or cause explosions.

Tips:
--The Zancudo airbase is pretty large, and the spawning points of your personal & Pegasus vehicles can be quite far away or even outside the fence.
So, I suggest getting on of the hangars close to an exit, preferably the westmost one next to the Grand Ocean highway.

--If you don't have any other property with a spawn point near Ft. Zancudo, getting the sleeping quarters upgrade for the hangar is useful, to quickly spawn inside, next to the hangar computer.

--When delivering shipments to your hangar, don't use the "drop above hangar" function, but instead land and drive into the yellow marker.
There's a bug where the shipment crate doesn't drop (or only very slowly) and stays floating in midair.
It's really tiny and difficult to pickup again, so you risk running out of time.
(The same bug also occured to me once, when my delivery plane got destroyed. I spawned a heli and spent 10 minutes finding the crate in the clouds.)

I can tell that in my experience hangars located in Fort Zancudo you can call Pegasus Service and make them spawn inside the military base when in Los Santos International Airspace you can't, not even if you try spawn any personal aircraft. Actually LSIA hangars are really restricted to any personal vehicle you try to call for.

Well, I was on foot somewhere in the middle of the main runway and requested my Oppressor MKII via Terrorbyte Services.

It spawned outside of the fence, on the dirt road next to the beach beneath the bridge.

on the east side of Zancuda, your car/bike will be delivered outside of the base.
on the west side of Zancuda, it will be delivered next to that hangar.

The only problem I ever had spawning anything at Zancuda is: when I had the west side hanger. My spawned aircraft would get hit by the zancuda NCP flown lazers. I got so tired of always having to call for a replacement that I actually traded in for another hanger in the Fort. I got the middle one and all my personal cars/bike/aircraft all spawn within a few yards of my entrance to my hanger and no more having to call for a replacement. However I do hate the 20 slot limit in the hanger and I would pay extra for more slots. I would love to buy more but I am out of room.

location difference and price,recommended to buying fort zancudo hangar it's most popular location.Also there soldiers won't attack you unless when you not shooting them.

Location is irrelevant. 99% of players who have hangar don't even run the business. That's just a big aircraft garage. Personally I prefer having it in a city.
