I was deciding between same two and got Murrieta Heights, so far zero regrets. Can be a bit difficult to land with Cargobob there, but since I use it only in required missions, it's OK. Other than that, good purchase. Car accessibility is awesome. Multi-lane roads. La puerta seems to be great if you do a lot of cargobobing, cause it's a bit more open space there. I don't think any of those is a bad purchase so ... no worries.
