Thanks for the reply. And sorry, but I don't know if I understand your answer.
You mean that if the email is the same in my old Rockstar account and on Steam that account will be authomaticly linked to the Steam bought version, meaning that I will only have one account?
Wich is exactly the procedure when you buy this game here on Steam, you can make a new Rockstar account with the Steam key?
Example :
1- GTA 5 Steam + R* Social Club A
2- GTA 5 R* + R* Social Club B
For that, in my opinion, and only mine, you should better have a different e-mail for creating the 2nd Social Club account. In order to not taking any "risk".
But if you want a real good info about that, go to R* Support and tell them directly.
Official info will be better than our own opinion.
Thinking on buying the game now, but I have another question...
If I buy now GTA V on Steam, can I get a CD Key so I can activate the game in Rockstar Social Club (to the new created account), and after that launch the game through Steam and link it to the old account?
Or if I buy the game here, I'd be forced to link the Steam game to an account through Steam only, being unable to activate the product key given through Steam on the Social Club? That would mean that I'd need to decide if I want to link it to the new created account if this is the only way to have 2 different accounts of the game so I can play with my girlfriends or friends in the future.
I just would like to have two accounts (because I made two purchases) but be able to link my old one (with my progress during the playtime) with the Steam version, without renouncing to have another account (with the key given through the Steam purchase, if it's possible) in the Social Club.
Hope this dilemma can be undertood.
Thanks for the help
Thanks for the info, didn't know that. So that means that buying the game here on Steam will make me have bought two copies for the same account, wich means that I wont be able to use them in a separate way to play coop. Bad news, but good to know before buying!
