GTA the Button to switch to online or story on startup?

Can I know what is that that actual key from PC keyboard I need to press in order to switch from (Online to Story) OR (Story to Online) during GTA STARTUP LOADING SCREEN? It said (A) Story Mode, I load into online by default in my case.Thanks.

What do you mean? When you click play on the library page it says either gta v or online mode so thats your options. Its not console

My question is what is that actual key on my PC keyboard should I press it while it is loading and I am able to change to Story Mode? Thank

BTW, I don't understand what do you meant "GTA library".

It is not showing the key from PC keyboard but controller console button : [A]

I was wonering about this too. So far it turns out there is no such button unless you are using xbox-like controller.

If you run it from Steam, you get the option when you start it up. (non Steam puts you in main menu)

I don't know how it works / worked on console, but on PC, you can use Alt to switch caracters. Select your online caracter to go online, select a single player caracter to go to single player. Faster then going into menu to switch (will put you into a public session as default).

I don't how it works during loading screen tbh. Hope the above still helps you in some way.

Hmm that's like console.. when i start up singleplayer i get "quit - options - 2x money event - online - singleplayer" but never like a console which is odd

There is an option for the loading page
you can turn it on or off ingame

thanks about that anyway, I'm just curious about which button equivalent to those options only, not about "how to go online faster" anyway. still Thanks anyway.

really? I didn't knew that. I only knew that setting about set the default mode to go on startup.

I also have a question how can i change the game from going directly to online because when i first clicked the game on steam i accidentally clicked the play online option and remember my answer button below so now it goes directly to online. How do i change that to normal play gtav only ?

^ rightclick gtav in steam, properties, general page, launch options - change it.

Game used to have a landing page where I could choose offline or online.
Now it goes straight to online.
Even though in settings its still set for that landing page.
