How do i hire my friends in hangar?

I'm sorry not trying to be difficult I just don't understand how to have a hanger profitable for everyone helping me and how a motorcycle club works with it.

That's not what im asking. Ultimately I want to do hangar smuggle runs and my friends share the money. I own the hangar and want to invite them to the hangar group to share the delivery money. I hired them as bidy guards but it doesn't work and there is no way to share money.

Yep, they get no pay. Only thing with decent payouts for help is selling biker business' stock. Anything else is either crappy with 5k $ or no money at all.

Hangar is only viable in group. More employees is more boxes on sources and makes sales much easier.

I'd love to group but you can't share the money. Unless there is anothet way but that's what I'm trying to find out.

Too bad that you have to use slaves for it, who will agree to work for food.
I guess sales of bunker, hangar and biker stocks are ok to do in group, because you have to do them only once in few hours and they are mostly plain impossible to do solo.

hire them as ceo so they get paid every 15min 5-10k$
start a point to point race after every supply mission on your way back to the hangar
use your interaction menu (m key) >inventar> money to share the rewards with your associates

R* nerved nearly every method to share money with others through annoying timers

become mc president for the sale missions, because prospect earn between 30-40k for these mission. I don't know if it is a bug or another nerv from R* but the wage sometimes drops to 9k.

it is still slavery compared to other methods to earn cash, just unlock the discount prices and only return to hangar work if you like these kind of missions.
