Do you use that FOV mod separately?
Does it get installed when using FiveM?
In any case:
Any modified and/or extra files remaining in your GTA V installation folder when logging into GTAO will get you banned.
FiveM is not allowed by R☆ and may get you banned, as you can see from the link posted above.
Although, the FiveM authors claim that it's a completely separate client and does not affect the GTA V installation folder.
A valid, non-banned Social Club account is needed once, where they connect to R☆ servers, supposedly undetectable.
