GTA V Black Screen Not Loading At All

so I just got the game last night, installed it and played it just fine for 2 hours. I closed the game for the night, came back later to play again and it only loaded to a black screen then crashed after a minute of sitting there. I've reinstalled once, and I'm reinstalling again. I've followed every guide I can find and nothing I've done works. Pls help

Generally, waste of time reinstalling if the game worked once. Especially if all you did was turn the pc off and back on to play again later. Have another pile of information/guide, steps, and the request for log files/crash reports.

Using/used mods? Heck, even if you haven't used mods... do this- (steam version)
Rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files, browse local files-
Delete anything that is NOT a folder and is NOT a .RPF file. Verify cache. (steam version)
(that means rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files, verify integrity of game cache)
