{Resolved!} Social Club infinite loading screen! Please please help!

So I downloaded GTA 5 again about a day ago and this issue has been reoccurring even trying every solution possible.

Whenever I launch the client off of Steam, all I get is the standard loading screen for signing into Rockstar Club. The problem is, it immediately goes to loading as soon as the game opens so I can't even sign into an account or really do anything. The only button that's provided is the cancel option.

I've let the screen load and the longest I've allowed it to was for 3 hours and yet no progress.

Everything I've tried:
-Reinstalling the game
-reinstalling Social Club
-updating Windows
-restarting my computer
-deleting GTA profiles
-Verifying integrity of files
-disabling firewall

Please please help.. if you have anything please let me know. I'm genuinely starting to get depressed

Verified no mods in gtav folder.
Removed my docs / rockstar games - recreated rockstar games / "gta v" and "social club"
Ran steam as admin, not the .exe's - and is now working.

Yes, that fixed OP's problem - that does not mean it will fix all infinite loading. Background programs, antivirus/security apps, malware/virus, hidden, read only, controlled folder access, and other silly things can cause this -.-

Thanks alot dude, i did delete the Rockstar folder from program files and program x86 but seems like the documents one is the most important to delete, then reinstalled social club on admin mode and it worked
u'll just have to play the mission prologue again then u can join online

I can't seem to delete the documents for Rockstar Games/ GTA 5. I get the message "An unexpected error is keeping you from deleting the folder. If you continue to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.

Error 0x8007018B: Access to the cloud file is denied."

Go into windows safemode and try again.
Possibly turn off/uninstall onedrive (if its on >_>).
