Question about Minigun in Facility

I didn't buy a facility yet. From videos I see, there is a small room near the reception desk (free snack employees) that has a minigun. My question is.....

Do I need security upgrade to get it spawning in the facility? Not sure because it is not in the security rooms.

And can I stand in the general area where the minigun spawns and it will continue to spawn over and over again?

I want to know because I am not yet lvl 120 and the minigun makes doomsday heists mush easier.

Also, if anyone else knows, can a friend that enters the facility pick up the weapons?

The weapon stacked are not worth it to grab. They are only available once to be picked up and then you will need to wait more 15 minutes so they can respawn. If you do want to save money from buying c4 and stuff alike I recommend playing survival matches, contact missions and refill through there. The same thing goes to minigun ammo.
