When did this game become 30 dollars?

im just wondering when the hell did this game have a 30 dollar price tag cause the last time i checked earlier this year it was 60 dollars did they just recently decrease the price on digital format cause if they did i feel kinda ripped off even though ive had it since 2015 when it came out on pc.

Seems to be 5$ cheaper than during the summer sale, and until July 31st. Good price imo, but I guess it will eventually drop to 9.99$

shows up as $19.95 for me. That means non-steam version is prolly only $5.
That explains why there are so many hackers who dont care if a $5 dollar account gets banned.

I think steam-linked accounts should only be put in lobbies with other steam-linked accounts. Keep the damn hackers away from me.

yea i agree with u on that and do u mean 5 dollar accounts on the steam side or the gta online thing i also would like it if rockstar could make a server just for hackers and a server for fair users that would be so much better but they dont care
