Wouldnt that show atb of your screen by the heath meter? Its a blue bar. Maybe kanye meant to ram that car into the wall at high speed.

The rest is all cosmetic.

he's asking about armor. Only heavy utility gives extra protection against npc's, and only in missions and heists.

The rest is cosmetic. Google it if you don't believe. Just sharing info.

They are cosmetic in Free Roam. In Heists and Missions they give 50% damage reduction.
