Can't upgrade Insurgent pick up

I have a issue here that i can't upgrade my Pegasus Insurgent Pick Up to custom. It says "Unable to enter as this vehicle cannot be modified in the Mobile Operations Center Vehicle Workshop" The blue circle is there but i still can't go into MOC. I have done all my research in bunker. I tried to verify my game cache but still not working.

Do you have the money to upgrade it? It is like somewhere around $200,000.

You sure about that ?
Cause I have both avenger and MOV but I upgraded my insurgent in MOC.

No you don't,you schmuck!The insurgent custom came out between the MOC and Doomsday,so the avenger isn't the only option to upgrade.

Try making a support ticket or keep trying to drive it into your MOC.

maybe you dont have any free space in your garages?

Make sure you move any vehicles that are standing nearby.

Once I wanted to enter my MOC on foot, but my Kuruma was too close, so the blue circle vanished and I got exactly that message.
I had to move the Kuruma several meters until it worked.

Hello sorry for the late reply. I have alot of garage im sure i have space. I've tried thousand of time with avenger and MOC. I have enough money to upgrade it. I try to move my MOC to empty road like runway and bring my insurgent pick up but still cannot upgrade it.

Usually this issue is easily fixed by clearing the cache of your game. Give it a try if you haven't already.

Hi, this is an old but back then i contacted rockstar, they told me to video the situation to them. But before i send them a video, somehow i manage to upgrade it, idk how but suddenly it worked.
