This is what i did, also you don't need to save the game. Go to bed, get into save screen; cancel, repeat.
Epsilon missions are kinda poorly designed.
Sleeping and skipping the save screen has more uses:
--trying to get the perfect point to sell your stocks during Lester's Assassinations
--doing the Golden Peyote hunt, requiring certain weekdays
--getting a weekly call from the taxi depot for Franklin's Private Fares
If you need to skip faster, Trevor sleeps 8 hours.
