should i buy 2 small warehouses or a medium/large warehouse?
im trying to save for the opressor so I dont know what would be better in the long run, the 2 small warehouses are for avoiding cooldown. i also have the car export garage so what should i do?

Don't buy warehouse, is worst business

Buy I/E or bunker

Large ofc. More crates in warehouse - more money per crate you earn. You may want to get some help selling large warehouse though.

Bunker and vehicle warehouse if you play solo.
I still regret getting CEO warehouse business back in 2016 and comparing to bunker business which is far more worth getting since you need don't to pay to source for supplies and if you miss half of the sale some part of it, you still get paid. Sometimes well paid depending on how many cargo drops you have completed. And is also faster the mission sales when on CEO warehouse they are very annoying even to people don't like flying.

Bunker is 40% off right now. Also Bunker sales are double this week. No reason to not get a bunker.

CEO crate warehouse is very time consuming.

I have 5 large and sell once or twice a year usually at christmas when they have a price increase.

When i sell normal price all 5 nets 11.6 million. Crate missions are great for RP plus doing a ceo mission and a challenge between each crate mission covers the cost of the crates. Once you get to 88 crates fill the rest quick or keep below 88 and you have less chance of being raided.

I agree crates are very time consuming however they are not soul consuming like heist setup screens eternal loading screens and the obligatory player left the heis crap. Even having my crates blown up by an orbital strike beats looking at the cloud simulator. If i wanted loading times i would get my comador 64 out of the attick.

I'm also aiming for this, right now I have 2 large warehouses, I'm gradually filling up one of them and will use the money of that sale to buy the next one, until I own 4 large ones to keep fully stocked for bonus weeks. I will keep the small one I started with alongside of them though, for the special item crates.

The way I see it there are 3 types of businesses, and they're all viable for different reasons. Sure, the I/E garage is the most profitable one, but also the only truely active businesstype. MC business and the Bunker provide passive income, and the warehouse and hangar are long term investments with an RP boost.

The special vehicle's from import export add new missions to your ceo menu when you purchase them for when your tired of headhunter hostile takeover and sight seer. The armourd boxvillle is useless but the mission is not, it pays 35k and has 30 mins cooldown compared to 30k and 60 mins for piracy prevention. The moc truck is great for the haulage mission too.

For mc unless your gonna buy supply's all the time buy city buisness locations as nine out of ten resupply missions are in the city. Invest in some armoured vehicles too the opressor is cool if you like harry potter and all. The insurgent pickup is cheap and when you buy it call pegasus and upgrade it to the custom version for 250k and its a personal one. I have taken out many opressors and deluxo's with a sticky bomb or proxie.
