No, hangars in general are bad investment

Free Lazer, why not.

Hangar 3499 is the westernmost, closest to the Great Ocean Highway entrance.
Regular price $2,650,000

Hangar 3497 is closest to the main entrance at the bridge.
Regular price $2,085,000

Hangar A2 is in the middle, slightly closer to the bridge entrance.
Regular price $3,250,000

There's not really much difference of accessability.
It just depends where you enter and exit more often.

If you plan to regularily steal a Lazer jet from the base, then Hangar 3499 is closer to more spawn locations, followed by Hangar A2.

There's also a spawn location for proximity mines in the base of the radar tower, albeit it randomly spawns there per session.

I know it's worse business than the MC, but I want some aircrafts.

Some more things:

--You can only own one (1) hangar at a time. (Trade it gives you only 50% cash back.)

--If you own a Fort Zancudo hangar, you get free access to the military base, without a wanted level, as long as you stay peaceful and don't steal.

--Owning a hangar affects spawn locations for Pegasus vehicles.

--Zancudo hangars and LSIA hangars provide a different amount of spawn locations for the different aircraft sizes, depending one which you own.
See on these excellent maps:

So, depending in which area you are more often to pick up certain aircraft sizes (and/or Pegasus vehicles), you might want to have your hangar there.

In my opinion, getting free access on the military base is a better feature than having slightly more spawn locations for big aircraft in LSIA.

I have specified Zancudo hangars only. I have no interest in southern hangars at all.
You guys think I should buy the one in the middle since it's discounted?

Why not? It will take a few weeks or months to get another discount.

Ok then. I have restrained myself from purchasing hangar ever since Smuggler's Run came out, since the business is terrible per se. But there are some cool aircrafts like Akula, Hunter, Starling and Pyro.
For me all the same at the moment, nothing is accessible with this ban cr@p. However, Just get a cheap hangar on the base. They are worth having if you want things like the Akula and such. I don't use my hangar but I use the aircraft I store there in my bunker runs and some of the setups for the doomsday heists. Can be handy for Cargobob as well I think which I use for cars and bunker..

I just paid a visit to For Zancudo. Hangar 3499 has the cleanest runway entry.
A2 and 3497 have many obstacles in front of their enterance/exit. There is a difference indeed.

Unless you want customised planes or helicopters...

The Akula alone is worth a hangar.
