It's not available for purchase in GTAO yet. The most you can do is spawn it with mods in singleplayer, if the mods get updated

" Mini cooler classic and supra toyota and lada?? you are idiot , these are moded cars and i though that they can be but i wacthed already some videos with customizations on utube and i am sure they are offciial cars.. Thanks!
lol Old mini is custimizable in Bennys i heard.. But i will not something extreme , just Mr Bean colors and thats all.. Then i will make my character like Mr Bean..ahaha
