you should facility then, it costs a lot of money to invest in the others to make them worth while.

Facility unless you plan on doing things solo all the time then probably vehcile warehouse. But the other lets you have acess to all the cool ♥♥♥♥

If you have friends buy the Facility it's fun and you can make some good cash but if you are palying solo buy the vehicle warehouse since you can make 100k every 30-ish minutes.

A Facility if you plan on doing Doomsday heist. But you will not make any money till you are doing the final one for each act. Plus you have to front the money to start each one.

Hanger only if you already have and want to show off aircrafts. The crates runs are a major pain in the a$$ and pay is ♥♥♥♥ for what you have to do for them. (about 10,000 a crate) Pretty much have to be an ace flyer, (Which clearly I am not) to do some of the steal/sale crate missions.

CEO warehouse can solo real easy. Once you have your set up done right on cars (store 10 standards and 10 mid-range) then you will get high end cars to steal and sale.

Do you already have the CEO office? If so I would go with Cars. Build from there and then expand into other areas. Another thing you can get is the special crate warehouse. They are so easy to get. Takes like 5 min per crate to get. I have 8 crates saved up and the value of my warehouse is almost 200,000 to sale what I have. Selling of those are simple, easy and fast. I usually wait to sell those when I have a full warehouse and the value of those can be 2,2 million. Unlike Hanger, more crates you have, more money they are worth when you sell them. But they cost to get also. Hanger only time they are worth more than the 10,000 is if you have so many of the same kind and and there percentage that they do go up. But with crates unlike other business. You do not know how many vehicles you will get to sell them. I once decided to test selling Hanger crates. I had 3 crates and I was given 3 heli to sell them in. I ran out of time trying to sell them. All for 30,000.

Anyway this is my take on this.

vehicle warehouse, You can make money back easily if playing solo or sell up to 4 cars at a time if you have help. you can recoup the cost quickly and buy the next property.
