Vehicles that can spawn next to you while in the water ?

scenario:

playing as ceo , source cargo mission at sea :

Fly out to local forgoing the docked dingy , the sailboat that held the cargo could not be piloted had to be destroyed to revel the 3 cargo crate's, since i was in my buzzard i decided to take out the accompanying two motor boats and npc trolls ,.... NOW say i crash my helicopter in the water trying to pick up cargo , survive the crash , now im bobbing around in the middle of the ocean with my cargo ,,,, long swim to shore .......

is there any vehicle i can get that i can spawn next to me in the water ?

it would make too much sense to be able to sail the boat back to shore after killing off all the npc's guarding it , THEN destroy it , maybe be able to load ALL the cargo into say a rumpo custom and pow , happy , ..... But NOOOoooo ...........

When you are registred as CEO you can spawn this right beside you in the water. But be aware of cooldown (same as for CEO Buzzard), and if you have assosiates using any other CEO vehicle.

i think that if you die (ewo) in a water during that source mission, now you respawn on a seashark. but i usually just change session if i get that one or just dont crash, so don't really remember if it's exact mission lol.
