casino DLC - this feature is not available for you [HELP!]

hello..i started playing gta after a while because of this update..i went to the casino and all the activities said this feature is not available for you..at first i thought it was because i didnt own a penthouse...after that i grinded money and bought a penthouse which cost me millions...and i still get the same error

i looked into it and i found out that in some countries the casino features are banned...but the thing is im not living in any of those countries...i live in sri lanka and there isnt such a law...so whats the deal?

I don't think that the anti gambling laws of other countries Is in the hands of rockstar, if rockstar would be in control of our government then we're going to be even more fudged

and sri lanka is in gta v banned country list.check reddit link.but online gambling is allowed in sri lanka if ur 18+ -_-

Some countries would require rockstar to obtain a permit so my bet is on that 100%.

they banned sri lanka for gambling.but steam didnt.exp:cs go trade banned in lot of countries but not here
