You cannot sell it but is not bad vehicle, it got different mechanic cooldown and you can use vipwork ruiner for get a ruiner whit unlimited rockets and insurgent armor

I thought i was actually buying the flying car if you want me to be honest and i was extremly tired that night and didn't look to much into it and couldn't find the flying car anywhere else so i thought that it was the one

yeah, you start vipwork and you have 20 mins for make the hell in your lobby, you have a car whit insurgent armor and unlimited op rockets

Normal version has 8 rockets, but when you start "Fully Loaded" vipwork game will give you for 20 minutes a ruiner whit unlimited rockets that can tank more than 20 explosives.

It is if you compare normal version, but ruiner of fully loaded vipwork is much better than deluxo cause it can tank the hell of explosives, while deluxo will still die in 1

Ruiner with a driver who knows what theyre doing is an absolute nightmare.
Especially if they get the VIP work ruiner.

if you want to go on killing players then simply buy normal guns and learn to shoot. all these armored vehicles are for noobs who leave lobbies once they blow up. imo best vehicle for it is a simple fast bike. if you like shady playing then ofc you can get oppressor or akula. anything else is pretty much useless.
