GTA 5 MELTDOWN MISSION BUG

Hello, Im in the Meltdown mission where you're supposed to get into ponsonbys as Michael and buy tuxedo, but... I can't get in, like the store is closed or something, There's not even that women that stands in ponsonbys and "sells" you the clothes. If I skip the mission, it's just infinite loading so I'm stuck, any help?

Also stuck on the same mission, but in a different way. I can go inside and buy the suit. But whenever I set a foot outside, the mission fails because I missed the premiere.

EDIT:
After restarting the game and failing two more times, I made it through.
