How Do I Warp to my Facility?

I've heard several people in GTA:O talking about 'warping" to their facility and I've even seen it. I was wondering how it's done.

Note: The only reason I'm asking here is because Google turns up nothing as far as I can see :I

You can't normally. If you are on certain parts of an active heist then Lester will phone you up with a mission invite which will warp you to your facility.

Like he said if you have any Doomsday active heist, lester will call you eventually to proceed and then that is how you teleport to your facility in a honest way.
Same way in the old heists.
