Over the top Swearing

This game has way too much swearing in it. Is there a reason they have to say the F word every second word. Is it because gangsters are too brain dead and retarded to have a vocabulary ?

I'm thinking of asking for a refund as the swearing is so bad I almost don't want to even play the game.
