Accepting online policies

Hello,
couldn't find if this was discussed before, but why do I always have to accept online policies when going online? In settings I made loading straight to online, but everytime it loads story mode, and when I go online - same notification appears. Thanks.

They need to protect themselves, incase you look down and find there hand up your dress. When you accept the online aggreement, you willing accept any diddleing Rockstar may hand out.

They need to protect themselves, incase you look down and find there hand up your dress. When you accept the online aggreement, you willing accept any diddleing Rockstar may hand out.

Something like an immediate lawsuit from Take Two Interactive (parent company of Rockstar) if you mod or reverse engineer any of their stuffs.
