TM-02 KHANJALI Tank
After purchasing this tank, It was distroyed in a small battle with police. after that I missed it from my facility.
Any advise?

Counts as a personal vehicle. So you have to call insurance to get it back :)

You must call Mors Mutual Insurance ( you can find them on your Phone ).
They will spawn it then somewhere on the Map ( then you can store it again in the Facility. Or when you join a new Session .. then its after the Call in your Facility again )
