How to uninstall a .oiv file?

Yesterday I downloaded the IVPack for GTA and since then I haven't been able to start up my game, I'm pretty sure it's because the mod is clashing with one of the other mods I have, which is fine cos I don't mind not using it. However, seeing as it's a .oiv file that you can only install using the package installer, I have no idea how to get rid of it, the only thing I can think of is loading a backup of my mods folder, but I have no clue if it has modified anything else. Any help is appreciated :)

You can't, you should have made a backup before installing.
