it makes sense if you don't mind going tinfoil hat conspiracy for a moment. They deliberately leave their game a cheater filled sinkhole, legit players try to play, get frustrated, blown up, exploded, griefed, can't complete missions, get frustrated and buy shark cards in order to try and compete. They 'ban' people so they essentially end up buying new copies of the game, cause it's easy as hell to just get back into the groove right away once they fire up their cheat menus again.
Damn I've opened my mind to your level and it made sense. It does not have to be that real, just thinking that kind of loop-system could have existed (even though rockstar may not meant to do that dirty business) is already bad enough.
Oh and also the game will eventually die out / ran out of legit players since it's so corupted with cheaters that no real players will play. Even though they add new content, no sane player would go back. Maybe when GTAV ran out of players, GTA VI will come out. Rinse and repeat.
Well lets do some math. There is a user and I cannot name a dn shame but he has as of last year 2k copies. Each copy is 60 dollars. 2000X60=120,000 dollars from 1 guy.
I know there is over 30+ guys and even 100+ accounts on all platforms. That is a crap ton of money that R wants to keep. Every 30 bans they get, factually rewards them. The fact that they do know you can make dedicated servers to stop all this means they are purposly doing it. If they wasn't then they would have accepted a better system called dedicated servers which almost every damn MP games does.
Damn 700 USD is like what average worker in Indonesia makes in one mothafuthin month.

Well, I'm gonna avoid playing this game again prolly for another few months.
Until they get hit with a lawsuit and have to pay everything back and a settlement on top of it, bet they are not going to brag about it then.
Idk why they haven't been sued long before. They practically ruined GTAO lol.
Prolly the same thing will happen like what happened to that torrent guy.
That does not constitute any proof, until that person show me the receipts of him buying 2000 copies of the game, I'll assume his claims are completely false, people like to "show off" too much on the internet to believe everything they say.
