How to make Chop happy?

I was trying to make him happy, but throwing a ball is not working to let him be happy, how?

I'm happy when eat somthng. Maybe it make chop happy too...

It has a Chop minigame, where you can feed him and go for a walk, to raise his happiness in GTA V.
You can also unlock different colored collars for him.

has anyone tried if Chops beach challenge is working on the windows app ? it bugs out on android
