Its not in the map, the Facility, not in my apartment garage, not in the bunker, called the mechanic, pegasus, checked the mobile operations center, called my personal vehicle and nothing, ITs just gone.

You don't need exact time, just a general time frame. What the support team is trying to do is check Online log files to verify your claim. They need the general time you lost the car to make searching easier

I thought that the company kept a detailed record of the expenses of each player, especially when offering in-game currency for real money. Even I have asked for a list of my expenses to know where the 8 million were invested, there are things that I do not remember.

But the company asks me for that information instead.

Then there is no control over virtual money. Any hacker can inject money and the company will ask the hacker how much money he injected?

I do not understand, it's a simple record of expenses, I'm sure many other things disappeared, for example the shooting gallery for the bunker I bought it and it's not in my bunker.
