Pacific heist finale. How to avoid the cliff jump?

I always die in the cliff jump at the end, and if not, my parachute does not fly enough to make it in time. There is any other option than jumping?

It's the easiest part of the whole heist.

I might give you some hints:

1) before jumping with the bike, press E for full speed (activate turbo boost). You have to press it when you're across the bridge, a bit earlier, so you use the ramp at full speed.

2) exit the bike just like any other vehicle when the bike is still doing the higher quota possible

3) when bike is stationary in the air (so is going to go low) press immediately the mouse button to use parachute.

4) there is no point 4, this thing is soon easy to do. You can try in Freemode for practice by the way.

So, the steps are
E ---> F --> MOUSE CLICK ( F --> MOUSE CLICK in a rapid sequence, because both actions have to perform one after other)

this is why i dont play pac with randoms anymore, in fact i dont play at all since i cant find ppl to not die or ride a simple motorcycle without losing money, i dont like to lose a cent, its not hard actually, but i will stick to act 2, easier farming money than pac with randoms

GTAO community... so noobish, can't survive, cannot not die, cannot play, cannot just use a parachute and no matter for that need only press M1, anyway they cannot do it but all of em know about glitches, moneydrops, have almost all dlcs expensive vehicles. pff

Exactly, I love how some randoms spend half an hour on doing it with a helicopter, suciding, waiting in the bank etc etc. When I'm doing it with my friends in a classic way we barely lose 75k in total which is like 15k for each of us. It's way more fun - I usualy drive with a sport car while a guy with a money drives SWAT truck. Somebody prefers motorbike? Go ahead. That's called being creative and it makes every heist diffrent.

I have also noticed, that these cheap steaks who can do it only with helicopter and who will cry over 50k lose or 5% more cut usually are non skilled and arrogant d-bags who can't accomplish a simple mission without using exploits. Last time some guy was calling me an idiot because he claimed I don't know how to suicide. Then shortly before reaching the boats I've jumped out of the helicopter to prove him wrong xD

Ofcourse you can do it with the helicopter without exploiting glitch, but how many times you can repeat the same routine over and over again? Oh you will get extra 100k for elite challange - oh well you might buy yourself a new jacket for that insane ammount of money haha

yup just drive straight up the west coast road till you hit the turn off just before the river, be aware if you do though you will still have the police on you so make sure your team is ready to move otherwise you will be having a shootout while you wait.

Glitches?

Helicopters spawn naturally in the heist.
The doors to my apartment are open, and so are the bank doors.

It's all part of normal game play.
Nothing that somehow messes with the game mechanics.

Do you mean strictly following Lester's instructions?
To get elite, you'll already have to ignore him, and take every shortcut possible.
