Report a translation problem
It will appear in my documents / rockstar games / gtav / launcher.log as---
"Version: |1.0.1365.1|1.2.3.8|1.0.1365.1|FSP"

Using/used mods? Heck, even if you haven't used mods... do this- (steam version only)
Rightclick gtav in steam, properties, local files, browse local files-
Steam version - Delete anything that is NOT a folder and is NOT a .RPF file. Verify cache.
(If steam/gtav doesn't automatically install social club when you start it after verify...
Open steam/steamapps/common/gtav/installers - rightclick socialclubsetup - run as admin)
