I don't have a link, but I've heard it from the people who used some of the banned menus (D3SK1NG and Elusive are an example) that Take2 / R* now have access to their menus.

As long as they dont take down my single player Menyoo menu...im fine with it. I don't care about people hacking money online since the stuff is expensive and the grind too boring...but the typical kids spawning bombs on all map is just tedius

They can't purchase it anymore.

But that's a fine example of tilting at windmills, because a similar thing happened around the time of OpenIV's temporary takedown. A few of the most popular mod menus got taken down, and what did that change? Lemme tell you: Not a single ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing

As long as the coders of these things are around, so will be the mod menus.
