Bunker or clubhouse to earn cash?

Whats the best do buy for a beginner that have no clue if they are worth it?

Clubhouse doesn't make money but it allows you to buy biker businesses which then make money over time as you work them. Coke is the best. I've made over 40m with coke factory since bikers introduced. The rest not so good to run except during bonus periods (their $/hour rate is low compared with other good cash methods and unless you have plenty of friends delivery can be boring/slow). These businesses have to be themselves upgraded for solid profit margins, as well.

Bunker is a tool, not merely to make money, because it can also research technology and house the MOC utility vehicle which itself can house vehicle and weapon upgrade stations. This can also be done on the Avenger via the Facility, but these are the only two places I'm aware of that these upgrades can be done.

And I don't think the facility can research anything.

I have bunker since September and Meth lab since this Monday. I highly recommend you doing Meth. Already earned 1.3 mln from it, you can produce stuff much faster than in bunker and my lab is placed in better spot on the map (almost middle of it, that lab for around 900k) so doing resupply missions is faster.

If you are gonna buy MC businesses, or any other bussines at all, I suggest reading some guides about it. The numbers are already done.

Just keep in mind that all businesses recquire investment, and it takes a while to pay that off. Aka, how much time are gonna spend in GTA.

I think every beginner should buy a bunker, not a clubhouse (I agree with Rainbow Droid).

Actually, I enjoy supply missions (bunker) and import/export cars. It's pretty easy to make good money and reimburse the costs.
