Gta cars and peds disappear when i enable mods, help

So every time i put script hook v or any other mod menu no pedestrians or cars appear, i really need help because i cant do anything in gta5 at the moment and i spent 60 dollars on this and i cant refund

I had the game on Xbox one and Xbox 360 before I pretty much did everything you can do

Newest scripthook by itself doesn't remove peds/cars on my setup.
Adding only enhanced native trainer doesn't trigger their removal either.

What else are you using besides scripthook? I'd suggest removing everything and starting over.
(menyoo was recently updated - and quite a few people complained about it - not tested myself)
Then - only add mod at a time - then test.

i have removed all the mods but script hook v and it still happens somehow
