Rage plugin hook not working

So with a new install of GTA 5 i try to run the updated version of rage plugin hook and when i click on it to open it, it opens and goes to the disclaimer and instantly says "rage plugin hook has stopped working windows is finding a solution"

What is the problem?? I got all the requirements for RPH. What is stopping RPH from working? It's been like this for a long time now.. if i don't get this fixed i won't ever be able to use RPH

Running a 3rd party antivirus? Pause/sleep/disabled it already?
A "new install of gtav" included deleting the gtav folder after you uninstalled?
(or you've compared to a picture and are 100% sure the gtav folder is vanilla?)

Does it run if you start gtav, and then open ragehook?
(are you running steam as admin?)

Did you add anything besides ragehook? If so - remove it. Be methodical - install only 1 thing per time. I installed ragehook last week week with lspdfr and scripthook and had zero issues.

Avast is disabled

I deleted gta 5 files and then clicked uninstall so it was completely removed

Still doesn't run even if gta 5 is running even with steam opened as admin

Nothing has been added

I just reinstalled gta 5 again and it looks exactly like that one. 74 GB

I've tried running RPH as admin also

Is RPH in the version of your game ?

Nope, right when i click on RagePluginHook it crashes

I have over 30 updates for Windows 7 ready to install... is that the problem maybe?
