Running low fps in Ryzen 5 2500u Vega 8

I have trouble running gta 5 with the lowest settings even the lowest resolution, but still running gta 5 around 20-30 fps i look in youtube someone play gta 5 with the same spec i have, it can run gta5 high settings around 60 fps, i already updated the graphic driver and bios at the latest version. I test the game while plugged in also full performance. I can run more demanding games than gta 5 and still have playable fps. Pls help Thx :)

Vega 8 Igpu
8gb ddr4 ram 2400mhz

You might have the same issue I had, basically the settings file becomes corrupt.

All you have to do is delete your settings.xml file located here: C:\Users\[YourWindowsUsername]\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V

and relaunch the game.
