Training Chop Mod

Does anyone know of a menu or trainer for single player that trains Chop? Without the stupid Android/iPhone app which no longer exists, I haven't found any other way to train him.

I know he doesn't matter and it's not a big deal, I'm just curious if anyone else has seen a solution.
