Can't Purchase Maze bank west

Can't Claim the maze bank west for free, everytime i try it says i can't. Is there a minimum level or requirement?

First try restarting the game sometimes it can do that.

Otherwise, if you are brand new in the game you may have to do some of the first missions with Lamar. The game will then tell you about this content. Maybe then you'll be able to buy them.

i think you need to be level 5 to claim it, i try to claim it but show need to be level 5, i just start online yesterday, just enter online and being blown up in 15 min XD

Join one of the repo missions that pop up and just follow the other players without getting involved, you'll get enough RP to go from about Rank 1 to Rank 6 on your first mission (the RP is crazy) and then you can buy it. If you don't endanger the mission they will let you hang around, but if you run in and get shot they will kick you.

I had a couple of lowbies with me earlier and they both went from about Rank 4 to Rank 17 in 20 mins just by sitting in the car.

Update: left the online for a day came back and still cannot purchase this. any help appreciated

i had the same problem as you and i did start playing a few days ago, the only way i could buy it was i didn't change any of the settings while buying. not even naming it or changing font.

i also bought it on the second character just to check and it worked fine.

just make sure to not change the name (from the website or interaction menu) because it would cost you 250k

That makes sense seeing as it's the property that is free and none of the renovations.

I couldn't purchase the bank until I was level 5. The game tells you this also when rejecting your "purchase".

i had to reach level 10, all good now tho got it.
