I think none of Pegasus catalogue can't be refunded. I remember that I cried back in 2016 when I had to do Live a Little achievement and I only had $11M back that time. I regret a bit getting ramp buggy couple months before Arena Wars content came out. Shock themed Issy is incredibly fun and never breaks smashing onto other vehicles when ramp buggy break too easy.
I think Phantom wedge is superior compared to that buggy.
