GTA Online: Skies looks weird
Whenever the game has fog at night the skies look like this.
It's been bothering me for so long and I've never found a valid answer or solution.
any guesses?

I don't see it but I assume that what you got is called "color banding". At work my screen don't show anything weird on your screenshot.

If it is "color banding" there is nothing you can do except buying a new computer screen which do no present the same behaviors.
