GTA V vs Premium online edition

I'm planning to buy this game but i don't know which should i buy, and what is premium online? What if i don't buy that will i able to play online? Need help.

If you think you might want to play the Online side of the game, the special premium edition with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack can give you a decent starting collection of vehicles and properties, but they're really only the basics and the business locations were specifically chosen so you'll likely want to move and upgrade them later to make more money more easily, which they hope you'll do with a shark card purchase (though you can earn that money and more just playing the game without too much trouble if you put the time in). You also get I believe $1m in cash to spend in Online, but that won't last long depending on what you're interested in buying with it. For example that'll cover 1 upgrade for 1 business. Still for the sale price, it's not bad to have that stuff if Online is something you're curious about.
