stuck in loading screen (Initializing Social Club)

When I try to play GTA 5, it gets stuck in the loading screen, saying in the bottom right "Initializing Social Club". Anybody have a solution? I have played the game before, and this is totally new to me. Thanks in advance

I have tried to log in a for a long time now. Not just today, and my friends are playing GTA 5 right now.

There isnt any OneDrive in Apps and Features

i don't use one drive so i can only link you guides. If you may have already gotten rid of one drive in the past just try reinstlaling social club.

When i try to do that it says some of the files cant be deleted
