You will lose money in the long run. It's about having fun and in my opinion a normal casino is a better place to enjoy yourself than this 2D pixel casino that doesn't even let you play poker against other people. Noone with a clear mind goes to a casino and thinks that he will come out on top against the house. Spinning the wheel is the only place in the GTA casino that let's you actually win something.

Well, in real-life blackjack you can come out ahead if you learn to count cards, but you'll also get kicked out of the casino pretty quick.

Also, I doubt that the in-game version of blackjack is a true simulation.
