How can i change my penthouse for another?
I want to change my new house for another more expensive

Just do what you did to buy it, instead it'll have a new button to change decoration or something on those lines.

but how can i change the house for another different??

When i click in penthouses i only can buy decoration for my house.

If you are talking about the casino penthouse there is only 1. You can buy expansions for it but not change it.

Guys pls! The question is "CAN WE CHANGE OUR PENTHOUSE FOR ANOTHER" it's not how to renovate.

The other penthouses are literally the basic one with more upgrades, nothing else

There are no other penthouses. The casino has only a single penthouse.
You can just renovate it to your likings.
