$75k in bunker supplies = only $90k sale?

So I watched a YT vid on making money solo with bunker and selling with low enough stock to only need one drop off vehicle.

So the YT guy said start with a bunker with zero stock, buy 75k in supplies then that 75k will produce $210k in weapons if you sell to Los Santos. However after that 75k has been processed into weapons, it says I will only get about 90k... about a 15k profit. Not a 135k profit as the YT vid said.

Can someone help me clarify what 75k in supplies is actually sold for when processed into weapons?

You have it split between production and research, so half the supplies is being used to research rather than make stock.

u need to upgrade the bunker stuff and worker to make profit

if dont u will supply with 75k make 75k no profit

if u upgrade the bunker y will supply 5 times with 75k = 375

and u will sell them 1.050.000 = makes 670 k profit 135k for each supply

and this method in all gta 5 business u buy lost business without upgrade them u will lost

having 2 or 3 business with upgrade better than have them all

i have the same problem when i started gta 5 and make Discussions like

if u have all upgrades, 75k supplies makes 210k sale if you sell to los santos which makes 135k profit, also it only requires one vehicles.
