Maze bank west or Arcadius Business Center?

I am kinda running short on money.. i only have about 1,7m
both are on sale
maze bank west is 600k
arcadius business center is 1,3m
any big difference between them which should i get?

Arcadius would initially be the better location for operating the 2 CEO businesses due to its central location and better proximity to arguably the best cargo/vehicle warehouses. Once you own a Terrorbyte, however, you can source your warehouse goods from there and the geographic advantage of a central office disappears. But you need to buy a Nightclub before you can buy a Terrorbyte, and it doesn't make sense to buy a Nightclub before you own at least 3 other businesses to link up with it, so that's going to be fairly late in your business acquisition career.

I think the other knock against Maze Bank West is that so many people use it as a base of operations that it's often the most crowded block of the city. Other than that though it's definitely the best value, especially when there isn't a sale going on. People have good reason to choose that one.

For what it's worth, Lombank West (the office I own) has easily the best helipad and rooftop, but I wouldn't recommend that for someone getting their first office due to the big premium you pay. That's a move you make after you've got a full selection of businesses, and an extra million dollars or two to relocate isn't that big a deal for having that extra perk.

I can't think of anything to recommend the most expensive one in the Maze Bank tower. The slightly better location than Arcadius is offset by what a PITA it is to get all the way up to the helipad when you're travelling by air. Maybe if you really like travelling by parachute, that's a great office to own.
