But as asked and answered, Benny's is almost only for looks, engine parts only for looks.
Benny's were/are a huge money-sink, that can only be beaten by the arena customs, and it's possible to drive out from there without looking like a pimp on LSD
(But to get normal white lights you still need the arena workshop. (Totally worth it to not have to use xenon lights
