In the last parts of the mission, Trevor gets a bowl with some sort of brown stuff in. Trevor claims to see an eyelid in it and after he's done with it he gets sick and pukes it out.

What type of food did he eat?

In one character switch scene he tries to flush a human foot down his toilet.
Trevor is the only character who can interact with the Altruists, a cannibalistic sect, "delivering" unsuspecting hitchhikers.
And in one dialog Michael alludes to Trevor kidnapping hitchhikers.

Trevor is one really f*cked up psychopath.
