Anyway to increase GTA5 to 200+ fps ?

So my problem is Graphic setting normal/off - high/ultra give me same FPS, dont know why ? around 90-100 fps in the city, if i turn off distance render this can increase but not much, off city like beach or valley give me around 130-150 fps, some time 180, just some time......, i have 240hz monitor so i need to improve my experience, any idea ?

it definally uses more than 2 cores, if you get a program to give you an on screen display during gameplay you will see.

online uses more resources because it needs to account for peer to peer servers and other players and things happening in the world.

you can try it by flying far away from the city in helicopter at high altitude,the game doesn't pass the 188fps

Gta is gapped at 144 fps so even if it shows to you 188 fps you ain't getting it. Anything above this will result in screen tearing and shutter since the game can't handle it.

nah, not with a 9700k as it cannot run an XMP profile , i'm suffering the same myself as i've the same processor, 9th gen just don't cut the mustard anymore.

I'm guessing OP just got his 2060super 4 years ago when thread was created and wanted more fps, not knowing gta engine has the 188fps hard cap (until some ryzen cpu's lately).
